Finance Manager

Salary: R60 000,00 to R70 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Overview:

An established multinational business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong technical finance background who enjoys taking ownership of the full finance function while supporting the broader business.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory requirements and managing the monthly close process. This role also offers the opportunity to become a trusted second-in-command, stepping in to support the business whenever required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage the full accounting function and monthly financial close.
* Prepare financial statements and management reports.
* Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE and Corporate Income Tax.
* Coordinate external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
* Review financial controls and identify process improvements.
* Support and mentor junior finance team members.
* Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and business support.

Requirements:

* Relevant Finance or Accounting qualification.
* 5+ years’ finance experience.
* Strong financial reporting and tax experience.
* Experience with audits and statutory compliance.
* Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge (SAP advantageous).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
