Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join onsite in Dubai – Banking, 5 days a week.

Experience / Technical Skills:

• 3-4 years of Flutter experience
• Prior or parallel native mobile development experience is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of layered / clean architecture
• Comfortable working in a monorepo setup, ideally with Melos
• State management experience with Bloc and Cubit
• Proven experience working with platform channels
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile releases, ideally Bitrise and/or GitHub Actions
• Strong experience with animations, including custom widget transitions, AnimationController, and Lottie
• Good understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design

Documentation / Communication:

• Strong in-code documentation habits, including dartdoc and inline comments
• Experience writing handover documentation and team playbooks
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working across design, product, QA, and engineering teams

Ways of Working:

• Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from design to build, demo, and handover
• Able to work onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week

Nice to Have:

• Open-source packages or apps
• Live apps published on the App Store and/or Play Store
• Understanding of agentic development and prompt engineering concepts
