Location: Central London
Work pattern: Hybrid – 2-3 days in-office, remainder remote (cannot be changed)

Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer with strong gamification experience to join a leading digital agency on a short-term contract. You’ll be designing reward-based mobile experiences for a well-known UK brand, creating interfaces that people love to tap, scroll, and return to.
Responsibilities

Design engaging, gamified mobile experiences that drive repeat interaction and brand loyalty

Lead the UI design in Figma, crafting intuitive, visually polished, and tactile interfaces

Bring playful interaction design and reward mechanics into a digital loyalty platform

Apply strong UX thinking to create experiences that feel fun, smooth, and satisfying

Collaborate closely with PMs, UXers, and creative teams from discovery to final delivery

Champion surprise-and-delight design moments that make users smile and return

Combine brand, craft, and interaction design to build standout digital products
Requirements

Proven experience designing gamified, reward-based, or loyalty app experiences

Strong UI and interaction design skills demonstrated through a commercial portfolio

Expert-level Figma skills (components, prototyping, interaction)

Ability to work full-time in a hybrid Central London setup (2-3 days in-office per week)

Confident collaborating across product, UX, and creative disciplines
