Gaming Producer (FTC)

We’re partnering with our client, a leading name in the UK gaming and lottery space, to find a Creative Producer for a 5-month FTC based in Hertfordshire (hybrid, 2 to 3 days in the office).

This is a hands-on production role within a creative, fast-moving studio where you will help deliver new draw-based and instant win games. These projects not only entertain but also raise millions for good causes.

You will manage production schedules, run studio meetings, gather requirements and turn them into clear specifications that developers can work from. You will track progress, deliver actions, and ensure everything moves smoothly from concept to launch. The role involves working closely with internal agile squads, developers, designers and QA teams to keep every project on time, on brief and to a high standard.

We are looking for someone with strong software or project management experience and a solid understanding of how digital products are built. You should know how to write requirements and spec sheets, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Experience in gaming or web applications would be ideal, but we are open to anyone with solid digital production experience and a proactive, organised approach.

You will be someone who gets on well with people, stays calm under pressure and can hit the ground running in a busy studio environment.
