🚀 Growth Director – Incentives & Rewards Specialist
This role is not for generalist sales leaders.
We’re looking for a proven Growth Director who has already sold incentive, rewards, loyalty or promotional programmes – and knows how to close large, multi‑year deals with blue‑chip brands.
If you’ve successfully sold experience-led incentives, rewards programmes, loyalty platforms or promotional solutions, and you want to be financially rewarded for doing it again at scale, this role is for you.

🎯 The opportunity
You’ll be responsible for driving growth by securing high‑value, multi‑year incentive and rewards contracts with leading brands.
These are complex, strategic sales – not one‑off campaigns.
You will:
- Sell loyalty, rewards and incentive-based engagement programmes
- Target C‑suite, marketing, loyalty and commercial leadership
- Lead pitches, RFP responses and negotiations end‑to‑end
- Convert insight, data and creativity into commercial wins
- Build long-term partnerships that generate sustained revenue and commission
✅ Must‑have experience (non‑negotiable)
- Proven experience selling incentive, rewards, loyalty or promotional programmes
- Track record of closing large, complex, multi‑year B2B deals
- Experience selling into enterprise or blue‑chip organisations
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, behaviour change and ROI‑driven incentive strategies
