Growth Marketing Manager, London, D2C retail, London, £50-60k

I am working with a founder-led phone accessories brand. They are profitable and growing fast and are looking for a someone who can come in and drive growth. You’ll look after strategy and execution and have an AI first adoption ethos. We’re looking for someone who can build and scale the growth marketing function.

What you’ll own:

  • Paid media that actually grows
  • Klaviyo flows that make people stay
  • Our custom GPT, because our voice scales with code
  • Shopify tests that make money, not just clicks

You are:

  • 3-6 yrs DTC, £1M-£10M ad spend under your belt
  • Office-first in Camberwell. Energy and presence matter in this fast growth business
  • AI-native. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude-you know the drill
  • Technically strong, data driven and all over your numbers

No red tape. Real ownership. High-speed impact. Build the machine, watch it roar.
