We’re partnering with an award-winning growth agency to find a Senior Manager to lead performance marketing strategy across a portfolio of ambitious brands. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, Analytics and Digital Strategy, helping clients unlock scalable growth through data-driven marketing.

You’ll own senior client relationships, shape multi-channel media strategies, lead testing and optimisation programmes, and mentor a growing team of digital talent. This role combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both driving performance and influencing wider business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on campaign management experience across large budgets
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience developing growth-focused media strategies
• Passion for mentoring and developing teams
