Head of Performance & Marketing Analytics

We’re supporting a business going through a major strategic reset – shifting focus from acquisition to retention, efficiency, and community-led growth.

We’re looking for a senior, consulting-style Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics to lead a short, high-impact engagement (not hands-on execution).

– 20-day engagement, Outside IR35

– Strategic review across paid media, CRM, platforms & lifecycle

– Heavy stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, cross-team collaboration)

– Focus on first-order churn, retention & marketing efficiency

  • Hybrid working in London
  • Circa £400 – £500 per day, outside IR35

Must-haves:

– Previous Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics experience

– Strong consulting background

– Subscription experience + Braze (or similar CRM)

– Comfortable operating in ambiguity and challenging the status quo
