About the opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Influence Data & Measurement Manager to support a major global Beauty & Wellbeing business as it continues to develop its social influence and creator marketing capabilities.
This role will sit at the intersection of social intelligence, influencer measurement, research and analytics, bringing together data from multiple platforms to understand what is driving performance and translate those findings into clear, practical recommendations.
Working closely with Consumer & Market Insights, global teams, local markets and platform partners, you’ll take ownership of reporting and analysis across priority brands and markets, helping strengthen measurement frameworks and inform future planning and investment.
What you’ll do
- Own monthly reporting across priority brands and markets, identifying performance trends, competitive insights, risks and opportunities.
- Analyse influencer, creator and social performance to understand what drives attention, engagement and brand impact.
- Bring together data from multiple platforms, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and reliable.
- Work with partners to improve data quality, metrics, definitions and reporting capabilities.
- Analyse brand lift studies, content research and effectiveness data to identify what works and translate findings into practical recommendations and playbooks.
- Partner with CMI teams to strengthen measurement frameworks and identify opportunities for new measurement pilots.
- Work with local market teams to turn insights into clear action plans and track progress.
- Combine competitive, category and effectiveness insights to inform targets, investment decisions, planning and senior stakeholder discussions.
- Embed learnings across teams through workshops, guidance and planning sessions.
What you’ll need
- Hands-on experience in social media, influencer or creator measurement, ideally within a research, insights, analytics or measurement role.
- Experience analysing influencer programmes, including creator activity, content performance, engagement and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and practical experience with areas such as brand lift studies, social listening and content effectiveness research.
- Experience combining data from multiple platforms and managing regular reporting or data pipelines.
- Experience with social listening, influencer analytics and visualisation platforms such as YouScan, Traackr, Charm.io and Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- The ability to distinguish between activity metrics and genuine evidence of effectiveness, turning complex datasets into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams, local markets and senior stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and measurement topics.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams, markets and deadlines within a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience across nano creators, always-on creator communities, affiliate/creator commerce or GMV measurement would be beneficial.
