Head of SEO & AI Search, independent agency, London (hybrid), 50-60K
A fast-growing independent digital agency is hiring a Head of SEO & AI Search to lead its SEO function, own client delivery, and shape the future of its AI-powered search offering.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a small SEO team
- Drive strategy, roadmaps, QBRs & performance
- Partner with tech leads on migrations & major SEO projects
- Build and scale the agency’s AI Search proposition (AIO, GEO, AI-assisted workflows)
- Improve delivery processes using AI + manage internal systems
- Support onboarding, retention & new-business opportunities
- Report directly to the MD
