About the Role

This opportunity allows you to step into a business that is actively redefining how HR shows up. You’ll work closely with leaders navigating real operational pressures, while contributing to a broader transformation that is lifting capability, consistency, and impact across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner directly with General Managers and operational leaders, providing clear, pragmatic advice that helps them navigate people challenges in real time.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, allowing you to build credibility in a fast-paced environment where decisions matter.
  • Work across multiple business units, developing the ability to quickly understand different contexts and deliver outcomes without needing long lead times.
  • Collaborate with a team of HRBPs, contributing to a culture where ideas are tested, work is peer reviewed, and consistency is built collectively.

About You

You bring resilience, sound judgement, and a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience, enabling you to confidently influence leaders and guide decision-making in real time.
  • Strong employee relations capability, allowing you to work through complex situations with clarity and composure.
  • Demonstrate resilience and pace, which will enable you to stay effective in a demanding, operational environment.
  • Experience across varied workforce environments, allowing you to shift your style between strategic conversations and front-line realities.
