About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner directly with General Managers and operational leaders, providing clear, pragmatic advice that helps them navigate people challenges in real time.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, allowing you to build credibility in a fast-paced environment where decisions matter.
- Work across multiple business units, developing the ability to quickly understand different contexts and deliver outcomes without needing long lead times.
- Collaborate with a team of HRBPs, contributing to a culture where ideas are tested, work is peer reviewed, and consistency is built collectively.

- Strong employee relations capability, allowing you to work through complex situations with clarity and composure.
- Demonstrate resilience and pace, which will enable you to stay effective in a demanding, operational environment.
- Experience across varied workforce environments, allowing you to shift your style between strategic conversations and front-line realities.
