IT Project Delivery Manager
Location: Central London (3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday)
Rate: £500 per day
Contract: Initial 10 weeks
IR35: Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Delivery Manager to join a fast paced technology environment, leading the delivery of multiple IT service improvement, operational resilience and cybersecurity projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery focused Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and has experience driving multiple workstreams while engaging senior stakeholders across technology and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple concurrent IT service, operational resilience and cybersecurity projects.
- Produce and manage project plans, RAID logs, milestone trackers and governance documentation.
- Drive project delivery from initiation through to completion using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and third party suppliers.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, governance meetings and project reviews.
- Support improvements across IT Service Management, operational performance and customer experience.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Develop implementation plans, operational readiness documentation and transition plans.
- Produce high quality reporting for senior leadership.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering multiple IT infrastructure, service improvement or technology projects.
- Strong Project Delivery or IT Project Management background.
- Experience within IT Service Management or IT Operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL environments.
- Experience delivering cybersecurity, resilience or risk remediation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
- Experience managing RAID logs, project reporting and delivery documentation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or PMP certification.
