About the company
This New Zealand organisation works in a uniquely interesting part of the credit‑management world – helping businesses reconnect with customers, trace hard‑to‑reach people, and support field‑based work across the country. They’ve been doing this for more than two decades, delivering reliable, practical services such as customer contact, tracing, and recovery‑related support.
Despite the complexity of the work, the team is small, friendly, and down‑to‑earth. They work hard, stay adaptable, and keep things human, with plenty of everyday humour and easy banter. It’s a place where people genuinely enjoy the job and the people around them

- Competitive salary for an entry level/junior administration position.
- Birthdays off!
- Laid back and supportive team
- Opportunity to get into the credit industry
- Occasional client work lunches on the company

Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Swiftly entering job details into the workflow system
- Coordinating updates between auditors and clients
- Processing auditor invoices accurately and on time
- Pitching in with general admin and other ad‑hoc support as needed
