We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of a next-generation, regulated exchange platform. This is a player-coach role leading a small, high-performing team of Product Managers while owning the roadmap across core market infrastructure, including trading, yield, and credit products. You’ll work closely with engineering, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver secure, cloud-native financial products in a highly regulated US environment. The ideal candidate brings deep fintech, crypto, or market infrastructure experience, strong technical fluency, comfort operating under regulatory scrutiny, and hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, and delivery.
