Marketing Automation Project Lead – 6 month contract

  • Newly created project role January 2026 start

Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer electronics, specialising in kitchen and laundry appliances for a premium market locally and globally.

We are looking for senior Marketing Automation Specialist to be Project Lead with an established and high performing marketing and automation team, and to onboard January 2026!

The role will scope and plan the implementation of a post-purchase communications programme that proactively engages with customers.

What the role involves:

  • Strong focus on the ideation, design, delivery and measure of world class customer conversations and journeys.
  • Support business stakeholders from digital, marketing and product teams by evaluating potential value, providing consultancy, translating data into actionable requirements.
  • Work with the project team to grow post-purchase data capture funnel and build out a multi-channel “next best” conversations programme.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers needs, purchase habits, and pain points.
  • Design and optimise 1-1 contact strategies that enable data-driven customer engagement.

What you will bring:

  • Experienced in developing and leading customer contact strategy
  • Fantastic stakeholder management, able to engage at all levels
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, journey mapping and designing and executing campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable
  • Experience to implement an end to end marketing automation strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM integration, segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Deep understanding of customer life cycle marketing including acquisition, on boarding, engagement and retention.
