Are you working for a company where everything seems to stand still? There hasn’t been much change, and there’s no 5-year plan to get excited about?

I’m looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a sports marketing agency, based in Central London who are working with some of the biggest brands in the sporting arena.

Founded five years ago, with lots of recent success this SME is now about to rapidly scale up their business – with this hire being key to growth. You will also have the chance to build a team within 6-12 months.

They’ve recently moved into brand new offices in a fantastic area of London, in order to accommodate their headcount increase.

What you will do:

• Devise digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Improve on the existing ROI, reporting and attribution methods using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Analytics
• Implement an effective Google Ads and Facebook remarketing/retargeting strategy
• Report on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Create online marketing funnels using software like Funnel.io
• You’ll soon manage a team, so you will be involved in the recruitment process alongside the founder.

What you will need:

• Experience within a B2C Digital Marketing Agency
• Able to demonstrate the ability to produce digital marketing strategies
• 3 years’ experience creating, managing, and reporting on Google Ads and Paid Social.
• Ideally an interest in sports
