No-Code AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking a No-Code AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist who can analyze our entire business, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-driven workflows to optimize operations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring autonomy, strong business understanding, and the ability to translate user and business needs into practical automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Process Analysis:

o Map and document current business flows (e.g., onboarding, contract management).

o Identify pain points and opportunities for automation based on ROI and scalability.

* Automation Design & Development:

o Build and deploy no-code AI solutions and automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar.

o Implement AI agents for internal efficiency projects.

o Collaborate with developers for API integrations where needed.

* Delivery & Optimization:

o Run pilots, scale successful automations, and ensure reliability.

o Monitor and maintain workflows, iterating based on feedback.

* Change Enablement:

o Train internal teams on new tools and workflows.

o Create documentation and champion adoption across the business.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in AI-driven automation and no-code development (3-5 years).

* Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align automation with business outcomes.

* Hands-on experience with low/no-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, UiPath, n8n).

* Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

* Start-up experience and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
