Job Description: Operations Assistant – Case Management
Location: Hybrid (2 days remote per week)
Department: Operations

We are recruiting on behalf of a financial services business specialising in cross-border payments, supporting clients with secure and efficient international transactions.

The role:
You will manage financial cases end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and clear communication across clients, brokers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating cases across teams and stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
  • Handling client and stakeholder communication
  • Escalating urgent or complex cases
  • Supporting process improvements and team members

Requirements:

  • SWIFT experience is essential
  • 3-5 years’ experience in case management or customer-focused roles
  • Experience within financial services or banking
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
