We’re working with a global group of education partners who are building a team to support the ongoing delivery and implementation of Phase Two of a global Oracle Fusion HCM programme.
The programme spans 14 countries and 25+ legal entities, supporting multiple brands across a complex, international education environment. This role sits firmly within the active implementation team and will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and deploying Oracle HCM functionality across the organisation.
🧠 The Role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst, you will act as the key interface between in‑country HR teams and the central project implementation team. You will develop a detailed understanding of local HR processes, statutory requirements, and operational practices, translating these into clear, actionable requirements to support delivery within a fast‑paced implementation timeline.
This is a hands‑on, on‑site role requiring strong HR subject‑matter expertise and close collaboration with stakeholders. You will be expected to proactively gather information and data, work with HR teams of varying maturity, and engage closely with third‑party payroll providers to ensure Oracle HCM is implemented effectively and compliantly.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between local HR teams and the Oracle HCM delivery team during Phase Two implementation
- Lead requirements elicitation across global HR processes, policies, and statutory obligations
- Build a detailed understanding of country‑specific HR and payroll processes, including absence, compliance, and reporting rules
- Translate HR processes and legislative requirements into structured business and functional requirements
- Support solution design activities and fit‑to‑standard decisions within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Liaise with third‑party payroll providers to understand integration, data, and operational requirements
- Define and support UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect resolution, and business sign‑off
- Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation including process flows, requirements, and UAT artefacts
- Support delivery across multiple brands and countries as part of a global implementation programme
