They are looking for an analytical and strategy-driven Performance Media Specialist to manage high-value Google Ads campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Create, launch, and continuously monitor Google Ads campaigns across the full range of networks.
- Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns to improve performance and ensure sustainable growth.
- Prepare clear, insightful performance reports and dashboards using GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications regarding strategy and performance.
- Share best practices, industry insights, and platform updates to drive continuous learning.
- Present performance summaries and strategic insights during client presentations.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Tag Manager.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven track record of achieving performance KPIs and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable dashboards.
- Certifications: Google Ads and GA4 certifications are highly ideal.
- Autonomy: A self-sufficient worker who values innovation and can prioritize tasks in a fast-moving agency environment.
