Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital growth for a leading organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to own the performance marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and maximise ROI across multiple digital channels. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the paid media strategy and performance across multiple digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition while optimising CPA, ROAS and overall marketing ROI.
- Analyse full-funnel performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisions.
- Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creative, landing pages and bidding approaches.
- Manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Microsoft Ads.
- Build insightful performance reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CRM, SEO and content teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting and agency relationships to ensure commercial success.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates and measurement best practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally across agency environments.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid media campaigns with ownership of ROI, CPA and ROAS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other paid media platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4, Excel and marketing performance dashboards.
- Experience designing and implementing structured A/B testing and optimisation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous leadership or people management experience is highly advantageous.
