Pre Sales Architect

We are representing a leading European security technology vendor that’s redefining how physical security, cybersecurity, AI, and smart-city ecosystems converge.

They are seeking a forward-thinking Pre Sales Architect / Technologist who can design, position, and deliver integrated security architectures that shape the connected infrastructure of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support:

• Partner with sales teams to translate client requirements into compelling technical solutions and value propositions.
• Prepare and present solution designs, architecture overviews, and technical workshops for clients and partners.
• Support bid and tender processes through the creation of technical documentation, compliance matrices, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Engage with clients at all levels to build confidence in the proposed architecture, articulating how it supports their business and operational objectives.

Solution & Technology Architecture:

• Design and lead complex architectures that combine physical security, IoT, AI/analytics, and cloud across smart-city and critical-infrastructure environments.
• Develop end-to-end security frameworks integrating VMS, ACS, PSIM/C2 platforms, analytics, and IT/OT networks.
• Evaluate and embed AI-driven analytics, digital twins, edge computing, and sensor fusion into operational systems.
• Ensure architectural compliance with local and international standards (e.g., HCIS 2017, NIST, ISO 27001, PDPL, GDPR).

Strategic Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Act as a technology strategist, identifying and shaping emerging trends in security and smart infrastructure.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligning innovation with enterprise and government transformation goals.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, alliance partners, and ecosystem vendors to advance cyber-physical convergence.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Interface with executive stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment between technology, business goals, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years’ experience in security architecture, systems integration, or technology strategy roles.
• Proven record delivering multi-domain security solutions for smart cities, airports, utilities, or national infrastructure.
• Strong technical depth across:
• Physical Security Systems (VMS, ACS, PSIM/C2)
• AI & Analytics Platforms
• IoT, Edge Computing & Cloud Architectures
• Network Design, APIs, and Data Integration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert business objectives into scalable, secure, and intelligent architectures.
