Salt is working with a market‑leading life sciences technology company at the forefront of medicines information. Their platform is used across the healthcare ecosystem, by pharma, clinicians, and patients, making them one of the most trusted, widely adopted sources of healthcare product data in the UK & Europe. They’re growing fast, and are looking for a Product Manager who wants to shape the future of digital healthcare.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager, you’ll drive the development of user‑centric, high‑impact SaaS products that solve real problems. You’ll shape products that directly support their strategic vision, boosting adoption, driving measurable business outcomes, and strengthening their position as a leader in healthcare technology. You will:

  • Build strong relationships with researchers and subject‑matter experts to deepen domain knowledge
  • Shape and manage prioritised product roadmaps focused on outcomes, not just features
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, hypotheses, testing, validation, continuous improvement
  • Lead a cross‑functional squad to deliver valuable functionality early and often
  • Use data to inform product decisions and measure user experience
  • Understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and research markets and competitors

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering a full lifecycle B2B SaaS product
  • Experience in a regulated industry, Life Sciences, Finance, Health, Insurance etc
  • Experience working with data products and AI.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ROI‑driven prioritisation
  • Data‑driven decision‑making using both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • A bias for action, pragmatic, proactive, and resourceful
  • Skilled at weighing risks and presenting clear, structured recommendations
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager with modern discovery & delivery experience
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy for diverse user groups
