This opportunity allows you to contribute to a major digital transformation programme while owning product delivery across complex service platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, influencing outcomes that directly improve operational efficiency and customer experience in a highly visible, priority initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead backlog prioritisation; giving you exposure to cross-functional delivery teams
• Define epics and user stories; letting you drive tangible platform outcomes
• Collaborate across business, tech, and vendors; building influence at scale
• Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies; sharpening your SAFe/Agile expertise

You’re someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys translating ambiguity into clarity, and is motivated by delivering outcomes that matter at scale. You bring a commercial mindset, natural stakeholder influence, and a drive to turn strategy into tangible product value.
