Salt is hiring a ‘Program Operations Manager’ focused on scaling operations, process excellence, vendor management, performance analytics, and stakeholder leadership. A strategic and data-driven professional capable of delivering scalable operational solutions and measurable business impact. This is a contract role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Design, standardize, and improve operational processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, and training programs.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process re-engineering, automation, outsourcing, consolidation, or service-line rationalization initiatives.
- Establish workflow efficiency scoring frameworks and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Program & Project Management
- Lead operational projects from scoping through execution and adoption.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Launch and scale solutions that improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, capacity, and cost performance.
- Manage change initiatives across teams, vendors, and regions.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Define operational KPIs and success metrics.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze trends in workflow performance, utilization, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Translate operational data into actionable recommendations and improvement plans.
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and business reviews.
- Monitor SLAs, PRDs, quality metrics, and contractual obligations.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to improve performance and scalability.
- Drive accountability through structured governance and operational reviews.
Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and service providers.
- Gather business requirements and align operational strategies to organizational goals.
- Manage escalations, exceptions, and complex operational issues.
- Communicate insights, risks, recommendations, and progress effectively.
Customer & Employee Experience
- Own end-to-end operational experiences.
- Improve processes that impact customers and employees.
- Reduce friction, simplify workflows, and improve service delivery.
- Identify recurring issues and eliminate root causes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, process improvement, vendor management, or a related function.
- Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives, process optimization, and workflow standardization.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, interpreting operational data, and developing performance dashboards.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, suppliers, outsourcing partners, or service providers, including performance reviews and SLA management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and operational governance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
