About the Role:
The Project Lead will oversee the delivery of strategic CX and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will manage client relationships, lead multi-functional teams, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management, client engagement, and delivery.
- Develop CX and digital transformation strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against project objectives.
- Synthesize research, personas, and journey insights into strategic outcomes.
Ideal Profile:
- 6-10 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, or CX transformation.
- Proven track record in project leadership and client management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading strategy and roadmap development initiatives.
