QA Assurance Analyst, Software QA Engineer, Automation & Manual, Los Angeles, Hybrid (3 days a week in office downtown), $115-125,000 base salary
An internationally recognised professional services organisation is seeking a talented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of internally developed applications.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Create comprehensive test plans and testing documentation.
- Identify, investigate and manage software defects.
- Perform regression testing and report on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams in an Agile environment.
- Proactively improve QA processes and testing practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ hands-on software QA experience.
- Strong manual testing and automation scripting skills.
- Experience with test planning, defect management and regression testing.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field (or equivalent).
