Salt is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist (Risk & Compliance) a global technology company in Singapore for 12 months & renewable contract role.
Description:
- Sensitive Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for sensitive user requests related to data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), account security, and other compliance matters.
- Legal & Compliance Coordination: Manage and respond to legal inquiries and information requests in close collaboration with the legal team, ensuring all actions are compliant.
- Request Handling: Handle general and special user requests, user platform requests and suggestions for product features, requests that exceed the scope of standard support categories, or requests involving high complexity.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine internal processes for handling sensitive issues to improve response efficiency and reduce risk..
Qualification:
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of professional and precise communication in a fully bilingual (English and Mandarin) work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above. A degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience Requirements: Work experience in risk management, compliance, legal support, or handling sensitive/escalated customer issues is preferred.
- Exceptional judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to follow complex procedures with precision.
- Certified knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., CIPP).
- Experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role.
