We are partnered with a global cybersecurity services provider delivering end-to-end security, risk, and compliance solutions to enterprise clients worldwide. The organisation works closely with customers to address complex cyber risks through advisory, managed security, and advanced threat services, supporting both regulatory compliance and long-term cyber resilience.
As part of their continued growth in the Middle East, the business is expanding its commercial presence in the UAE and wider GCC, creating an opportunity for a senior sales professional to play a key role in driving strategic client engagements and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including pipeline generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure for cybersecurity services and compliance solutions.
- Manage large, complex sales cycles into enterprise and strategic accounts across sectors such as financial services, government, energy, telecoms, and critical infrastructure.
- Build and execute strategic account plans; identify growth opportunities with existing and net-new clients.
- Engage senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Security, Board) to position advanced security services and trusted advisory solutions.
- Partner with technical, delivery, and solution architects to shape tailored proposals that address client risk, compliance, and security needs.
- Represent the company at client briefings, industry events, and thought leadership forums to elevate market visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Who You Are:
- A proven cybersecurity sales leader with a track record of selling services such as compliance, threat & vulnerability assessment, risk management, SOC/MDR, and advisory/consulting to enterprise clients.
- Strong hunter mentality with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communicator skilled at engaging executives and influencing decision-making.
- Familiarity with regional cybersecurity landscape, regulations (e.g., UAE data protection frameworks, GCC compliance requirements) and enterprise buying processes.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large deal negotiations.
