About the Role
As Sales Representative, you’ll support the delivery of sales across new and used agricultural machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry experts while building long‑term relationships with customers and developing a strong understanding of the local agricultural market.
You’ll be out on the road often, visiting customers, identifying new opportunities, and representing the brand with professionalism and pride.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in achieving sales targets across tractors and machinery
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Learn to develop pricing solutions and trade‑in evaluations
- Support local marketing activities and lead generation
- Maintain a professional, well‑presented showroom
- Complete accurate administration and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great customer outcomes
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, confident talking with customers, and excited about machinery-whether agricultural or automotive.
- Experience in sales (2 years+) or client facing customer service (agriculture or automotive an advantage)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confident, proactive approach to generating leads
- Good administration and record keeping abilities
- Interest in agricultural machinery and technology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A strong reputation in the community and a commitment to professionalism
