Job Description:

My client is looking for a talentinged Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with our clients, understand their business goals, and leverage your expertise in digital marketing to drive value and achieve mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, marketing strategies, and challenges.
  • Consult with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging our AI marketing measurement data and analytics solutions to drive business growth and optimize marketing performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices on leveraging our platform to achieve marketing goals, improve customer acquisition, and increase customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Data Science, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for our clients.
  • Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar strategic account management role.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of various marketing channels, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
