Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Manchester (Hybrid home/office)

Salary Package: £35,000 – £40,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits.

· Established customer base including Sainsbury’s, ITV, Admiral Insurance, and The AA.

· Strong industry brand reputation with inspiring senior leadership team.

The Role:

· Account Manager – developing relationships with key stakeholders within existing clients.

· Deliver QBR’s, measuring performance data and recommendations areas for improvement.

· Collaborating with colleagues to streamline contract renewals process and secure growth.

· Identifying upsell opportunities within your portfolio and deliver expert demonstrations.

The Requirements:

· Min 2-3 years of B2B technology / SaaS sales experience ideally with FinTech knowledge.

· Expert in client relations and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.

· Competitive, self-driven, and resilient with a consistent track record of target achievement.

· Able to deliver structured and compelling sales presentations face to face and via video call.

The Process:

  • 30 min video call with HR Manager
  • 60 min video call with Head of Account Management
  • 90 min F2F meeting and presentation to sales leadership team
