Our client, a leading digital marketing performance agency based in London, is looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business deals to expand the agency’s client portfolio. Identify potential partnership opportunities with Meta, TikTok, Google, Twilio, Mixpanel, and other relevant industry leaders.
  • Relationship Building and Account Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies, including target markets, key accounts, and revenue goals. Develop persuasive proposals and presentations to pitch the agency’s services to potential clients.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify potential business opportunities and provide recommendations for business growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and projects. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta (formerly Facebook), GoogleAds, PPC, SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Analytical skills to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of the London market and local business networks is a plus.
