Salary: €80,000 OTE

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will contribute to the development and execution of the company’s global publishing strategy, supporting the wider team and reporting directly to the Global VP, Publishing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Global VP of Supply to develop a business development strategy focused on expanding and managing publisher partnerships.
  • Building a commercial framework to strengthen relationships with key publishers and drive revenue growth.
  • Expanding access to premium inventory sources while identifying opportunities with local publishers.
  • Negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
  • Supporting global sales and campaign management teams.
  • Managing existing publisher relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Pitching and managing the company’s creative studio offerings.
  • Working closely with partners to drive revenue and ensure internal teams are informed about partner capabilities.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM to ensure data availability for teams.
  • Identifying ways to optimise operational efficiency and communication between business development and internal stakeholders.
  • Establishing the company as a leading provider of premium creative advertising solutions.
  • Independently managing team projects and business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry (media agency, client-side, or digital publisher).
  • Fluent French speaking
  • Strong network of publisher contacts within the digital ecosystem.
  • Programmatic advertising experience.
  • Highly motivated to contribute to business growth.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone, video calls).
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Personable and skilled in building rapport with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
