Job Title: New Business Sales Executive

Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary Package: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

The Role:

  • New Business Sales Executive dealing with end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Growing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified sales prospects.
  • Identifying and closing self-generated new logo sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying and converting sales leads passed from marketing campaigns.
  • Leading RFI & RFP processes for new clients by coordinating resources.

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years of new business sales experience in software/technology.
  • A genuine ‘hunter mindset’ to win net new logo clients internationally.
  • A track record of sales success, consistently exceeding 7 figure quotas.
  • A background of closing complex, enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • An established network and ability to engage with C-level contacts.

The Process:

  • 45 min video call with CRO (competency interview)
  • Online sales skills assessment (completed remotely)
  • 45 min video call with VP HR (cultural interview)
