Senior Azure DevOps Engineer – 6 Month Contract

We’re partnering with a global technology consulting organization supporting a major enterprise client in the financial services sector on a large-scale cloud modernization initiative. They are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to help design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and secure cloud platform workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role working across Azure and AWS environments in a regulated enterprise setting.

Contract Details

• 6-month contract.
• Senior-level individual contributor role.
• Enterprise-scale cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform.
• Manage artifact lifecycle workflows using JFrog Artifactory.
• Support identity and access integrations across cloud platforms.
• Automate platform workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Contribute to secure Golden AMI automation and lifecycle management.
• Support vulnerability remediation initiatives using modern cloud security tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, security, and engineering teams.
• Optimize deployment reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.

Required Experience

• 7+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Deep experience building CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Proven expertise using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory.
• Strong scripting capability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
• Background working in regulated industries (financial services, banking, healthcare, or similar).

Preferred Experience

• AWS Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience integrating identity platforms such as SailPoint or CyberArk.
• Golden AMI automation practices.
• Cloud vulnerability remediation tooling (e.g., Wiz).
• Experience supporting environments undergoing large transformation or M&A activity.
