Senior Supply Chain Consultant

Our client is a global management consultancy specialising in Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain and Ops. With a nimble and collaborative approach, they combine global expertise with local insight to help clients solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.

They are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant who enjoy rolling up their sleeves, collaborating closely with clients, and turning ideas into action. What you’ll do :

• Partner with clients to understand supply chain challenges and identify opportunities for improvement across end-to-end operations.
• Lead or support consulting engagements covering supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Analyse business processes, identify operational gaps and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, project documentation and executive-level presentations.
• Lead workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to long-term business partnerships.
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities to expand client engagements.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting or a combination of consulting and industry experience.
• Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics or Operations.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation, operational improvement or supply chain optimisation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across clients and project teams.
• Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment where every project brings a new challenge.

This role involves regular travel and working closely with clients on-site, offering exposure to diverse businesses and complex supply chain transformation programmes.
