Senior Full Stack Engineer

Type: 12 Month Contract – (transfer to perm)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a high-profile digital transformation programme, delivering critical applications used by senior leadership and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the frontend experience across multiple business-critical platforms – starting with the delivery of an executive reporting portal that will become a central decision-making tool for leadership.

The Opportunity

Your first project will be to build a modern executive reporting portal – a six-tab React application integrating live data from enterprise systems including SAP, Microsoft 365, SuccessFactors, and internal platforms.

Working closely with senior technical leadership, you will:

• Build a responsive, production-grade React + TypeScript SPA from detailed Figma designs
• Deliver role-based experiences for executives, operations teams, and administrators
• Implement secure Azure AD SSO authentication (MSAL.js) with MFA and session controls
• Create rich data visualisations including dashboards, leaderboards, charts, and progress indicators
• Support approval workflows with audit trails and actionable interfaces
• Ensure seamless usability across desktop and mobile devices

What You’ll Own Long-Term:

• Frontend architecture standards across all production applications
• UI delivery for operational dashboards, internal tools, and leadership products
• Performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure App Service
• Frontend testing standards and component best practices

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in React 18 + TypeScript
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimisation
• Experience with React Query / Zustand
• Strong background in data visualisation (Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js)
• Proficient in Tailwind CSS or similar responsive frameworks
• Proven ability to convert high-fidelity Figma designs into polished products
• Experience with MSAL.js / Azure AD authentication
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs, handling loading/error states, and real-time feeds
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Vitest / React Testing Library
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
