Our client is a globally established organisation undergoing an exciting technology transformation. They’re looking for a Senior Manager in the Office of the CTO to help drive technology strategy, governance, planning, performance management, and investment prioritisation at an enterprise level.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of technology strategy across the organisation
• Drive governance processes and executive decision-making forums
• Track technology performance, value, and investment outcomes
• Manage planning cycles, reporting, and operating cadence
• Support technology budgeting and investment decisions
• Leverage AI tools to improve processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, PMO, Portfolio Management, Chief of Staff, or Office of the CTO environments
• Strong understanding of how technology organisations operate
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and building new capabilities
