Overview
Pynea is an enterprise interview intelligence platform replacing slow, fragile enterprise software with fast, secure, scalable systems. This is a senior contract role for an engineer who can onboard fast, work with evolving requirements, and ship production-grade enterprise features with minimal direction.
Responsibilities

Design and build secure, multi-user enterprise workflows

Develop scalable, high-concurrency GraphQL APIs

Implement role-based access control, audit logs, and data integrity

Build reliable, event-driven systems (queues, retries, idempotency)

Contribute to cloud-native architecture across AWS and GCP

Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and error handling
Required Skills & Experience

Senior-level experience building enterprise-grade software

Strong TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL experience

Proven experience with AWS and GCP

Deep understanding of auth, APIs, concurrency, and system reliability

Track record of delivering scalable systems to real users

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with incomplete requirements
