Our client is a fast-growing technology business building a modern microservices platform. They’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team focused on delivering reliable, scalable services and backend architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain TypeScript-based microservices
• Design and develop REST APIs
• Work directly with PostgreSQL databases and schema design
• Develop internal tooling and shared backend libraries
• Manage Docker-based deployments in AWS environments
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience
• Solid PostgreSQL and raw SQL expertise
• Experience designing and building REST APIs
• Hands-on Docker experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
• Ability to own solutions from concept to deployment

Bonus Points For

• React experience
• AWS exposure
• Modern frontend architecture knowledge
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or component libraries
