We’re looking for a hands-on Solutions Engineering Lead who will guide a regional team supporting partner integrations and post-sales technical delivery. You’ll combine leadership, technical consulting, and cross-functional collaboration to help partners launch scalable products powered by our platform.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, setting clear goals and driving performance.

Partner with external organizations to design and deliver API-based integrations.

Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams to align on scalable solutions.

Influence product direction by sharing insights from partner needs and technical challenges.

Ensure efficient project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
What You Bring:

Experience building and leading high-performing technical or solutions engineering teams.

Strong background in REST API integrations and microservice architectures.

Deep understanding of RESTful design, OAuth2, OpenAPI, and related frameworks.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex integration projects.

Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or working with large enterprise partners.
