We are partnering with a global leader in technology and digital services to support their world-class Fitness+ production environment. The team is seeking a Studio Engineer for short-term shift coverage, providing hands-on support across a high-volume, 4K multi-camera production studio and post-production pipeline. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in live production environments and passionate about solving complex technical challenges in fast-paced settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-the-spot technical support for live studio operations, including video, audio, lighting, robotics, and signal flows
- Support post-production workflows, PAM/MAM systems, and automation pipelines
- Maintain and troubleshoot SAN storage, networking infrastructure, and multi-platform software environments (macOS, Windows, Linux)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
- Manage tasks independently while handling time-sensitive, out-of-band production needs
- Support flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as required
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years providing technical support in live, live-to-tape, or post-production environments
- Strong experience with audio/video signal flows, codecs, workflows, and production technologies
- Proficiency with PAM/MAM systems and high-throughput SAN environments
- Ability to troubleshoot Ethernet, Fibre Channel, networking, and storage infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with studio broadcast equipment, lighting systems, audio consoles, routing, robotics, and fiber connectivity
- Familiarity with technical drawings (AutoCAD preferred) and cabling installation
- A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Open to flexible hours and weekend shifts
- BA/BS or relevant equivalent experience
