Salt has a rare opportunity to work with a tier 1 FMCG organisation, partnering directly with one of their highest-value retail customers in a uniquely embedded, customer-facing supply chain role. Due to continued business growth, this team is urgently seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Coordinator who can step in and make an immediate impact.
This is a rare opportunity, sitting at the intersection of sales, customer service, and supply chain, owning end-to-end replenishment and making real-time decisions that directly impact product availability on shelves.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer orders, reporting, and replenishment processes
- Ensure alignment between internal teams (sales, demand planning, supply) and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support promotions, product launches, and event planning from a supply chain perspective
- Analyse data and report to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and assist with reporting automation
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure service levels and availability targets are met
Experience Required
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, replenishment planning, or a similar role
- Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding (beyond just order processing)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working across multiple functions (supply chain, sales, customer service)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms (highly regarded)
- Exposure to large, complex environments (FMCG or similar) is great, but they are open to any industry
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
