Wrike Data Migration Specialist

Location: Remote – within 100 miles of Culver City, Cupertino, New York City or Seattle.

Contract Duration: 6 months – Option to extend after initial term

Salt is proud to partner with a leading global technology company in search of a Wrike Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale migration of project data across multiple workspaces. In this role, you’ll help transition and restructure data into a newly designed Wrike environment, ensuring precision, accuracy, and seamless integration across Product, Design, and Marketing Operations teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the data conversion and cleaning process, transforming existing data into the required format for the new Wrike space.
• Audit, dissect, and interpret large data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current data structures and ensure smooth transitions.
• Load and validate data in the new Wrike environment, working with Wrike Admins to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Provide regular progress updates, address challenges, and recommend process improvements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned with other implementation team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Wrike.
• Ability to process large volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable adapting to new tools and understanding how data intersects across systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience in business, creative, or marketing organizations preferred.
• Proven background in data reconciliation, auditing, and change management.
