Mid-Senior Writer
Location: [Hybrid] | Cape Town
Salary: R35 000 – R45 000
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Mid-Senior Writer. If you thrive on big ideas, sharp storytelling, and compelling brand messaging, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Lead concepting and copywriting for campaigns, brand messaging, and strategic storytelling.

Develop tone of voice and messaging guidelines for clients and internal brands.

Present creative work to stakeholders, clearly articulating your writing rationale.

Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads to deliver exceptional work.

Review and refine work from junior writers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback.

Push the team’s creative thinking while maintaining clarity and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally in an agency or brand environment.

A portfolio that showcases big ideas, strong headlines, and smart storytelling.

Deep understanding of brand, audience, and platform-specific writing.

Experience presenting to clients and managing feedback professionally.

Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring emerging writers.
