Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Software

The Role:
* Drive new business sales, focusing on construction and other key industries, using a consultative approach to solve complex client challenges.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, progressing opportunities through defined stages to contract completion.
* Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders, building long-term relationships and trust.
* Create commercial strategies that maximise customer value and contribute to business growth.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and customer needs to position your solutions as market-leading.
* Record and manage all sales activities accurately in internal systems to ensure smooth processes.
The Requirements:
* Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software solutions, ideally within Construction, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
* Comfortable navigating long lead, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Skilled at engaging with senior decision-makers and managing high-value accounts.
* Strong understanding of construction industry processes and challenges is highly desirable.
* Self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently while contributing to team success.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
