Job Title: Lead Generation Representative – Construction & Engineering Tech
Location: Remote

The Role:
* Handle inbound leads from multiple channels, qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
* Support the SDR team with outreach activities and, where appropriate, set up email sequences using CRM tools.
* Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of lead generation processes and best practices.
* Opportunity to progress into a full SDR role as experience grows.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience in an inbound or junior sales/lead generation role is advantageous but not essential.
* Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and scheduling tools such as Calendly.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Interest in construction or engineering sectors is a plus.
The Process:
* 1st: Initial video call with recruitment lead.
* 2nd: Face-to-face or video interview with hiring manager.
Package:
* Salary up to £30k plus OTE £5k (uncapped potential).
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
