- Book a minimum of four qualified appointments per week for the Sales team, ensuring meetings are relevant and well-qualified.
- Research target businesses, decision-makers and relevant industry developments to personalise outreach.
- Support outbound campaigns targeting specific industries, accounts and relevant market or regulatory developments.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, log calls and outcomes on the same day, and manage follow-up activities using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Provide clear notes and context to the Sales team to support effective follow-up and progression of qualified opportunities.
- Take ownership of daily activity, pipeline contribution and appointment targets, consistently working towards agreed KPIs.

- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, business development or an SDR role is advantageous.
