The Role

Are you a Business Development powerhouse with 10 years of experience turning cold leads into loyal customers and referrals into long-term partnerships?

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who’s more than just a target-hitter – someone who thrives on driving substantial revenue growth and building relationships that last. You’ll be the face of new business, forging strong partnerships with new clients, trusted partners, and key existing accounts.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to create a sales experience that not only delivers but exceeds expectations. This is a role where strategy meets execution – and your impact will be seen and felt across the business.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver on all KPIs and sales targets set by the business.

  • Take ownership of an individual strategic sales plan that contributes to the wider sales strategy, reporting monthly to the Sales Director.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to drive service adoption and revenue growth.

  • Work with sales, engineering, and marketing to develop and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Generate revenue through new business acquisition.

  • Create and execute an annual written sales plan aligned with company objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Represent the company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Adhere to all internal information security and quality management standards.

  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all business, client, and supplier information assets.

  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Support senior management on compliance and certification initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of the IT Managed Services landscape and the ability to speak the language of technology clients.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

  • Customer-first mindset, reflected in day-to-day actions and decision-making.

  • Commercially astute, able to position value strategically in every sales conversation.
